Love customer service and working with people but looking for something a bit different?

Based in an office environment, you’ll work with our customers and commercials teams via telephone and email to coordinate delivery of our asphalt and aggregate products. Working for the largest independent construction materials business in the UK and Ireland, you won’t be restricted by lots of red tape; you will have the opportunity to engage with your customers, truly getting to know them.

Key Responsibilities

As an Asphalt Planner you will respond to enquiries and work in an organised fashion, working within a team in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for the planning of our asphalt plants making sure we are supplying from our most cost-effective plant, scheduling and monitoring of customers’ orders. You must be able to meet customers’ requirements whilst keeping them informed and maximising our commercial opportunities. Effective communication between both internal and external stake holders is paramount right up to delivery on the customers doorstep!

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

* Customer service experience
* Good attention to detail
* Efficient multi-tasker
* Experienced with or knowledge of Asphalt and Aggregates products.
