What You’ll Be Doing:
* Representing charity campaigns at events, retail spaces, and public pop-up sites
* Engaging with members of the public, answering questions, and promoting offers
* Generating leads and securing sign-ups or donations through face-to-face sales
* Driving customer engagement and increasing campaign visibility
* Learning proven sales and communication techniques through hands-on coaching
* Working collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets

* Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality
* Comfortable with direct, face-to-face customer interaction and sales conversations
* Eager to learn and grow within a high-performance environment
* Background in sports, performing arts, or team-based settings is a bonus
