ELECTRICIAN Ref:E/04/25 Role Overview: We are recruiting for an Electrician to work on our NIHE Heating contract.

The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required in various areas including Belfast and Mid Ulster.
Reports to:Electrical Foreman Direct Reports: N/A Working Hours: Monday Friday 7.30AM 5 PM Flexibility is required Additional Benefits: Pension Life Assurance (terms apply) Health Cash Plan Membership Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: -Domestic electrical maintenance -Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings -Heating Installation Works -Rewires -Smoke alarm installs
- Fuse board upgrades Personnel Specification: Essential Criteria: -NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations -City & Guilds 2391 -18th Edition Qualification -Previous domestic experience
- Valid Drivers license Desirable Criteria: -Valid CSR card -Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties.
- Inspection & Testing qualification & experience.
