Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this job is to develop and maintain the architectural assets in SAP in the area of Order to Cash processes with a global mindset.
1. Responsible for the overall architecture in SAP related to Order to Cash processes including but not limited to pricing, order management, rebate and chargeback management, import/export processes, intercompany, e-invoicing, etc.
2. Work with business stakeholders, implementation partners and AMS providers to enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of SAP.
3. Develop and design new solutions to optimize business expansion, ensure they are well documented and simple to understand.
4. Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.
5. Responsible for training key-users on system functionality, assisting users in running usability tests prior to going live, and post go-live production support, system configuration and system enhancements.
6. Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture and participate in architecture review boards as needed.
7. Maintain awareness of regional compliance related to e-invoicing.
8. Travel to sites/affiliates in US and internationally to ensure successful implementations and system use.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
9. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering
10. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and configuring Order to Cash processes using SAP SD.
11. Proven expertise in the following areas: Vistex Paybacks and Chargebacks, SAP Settlement management, SAP FSCM, SAP GTS, EDI.
12. Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules such as MM, WM and FI.
13. Interest in expanding knowledge of other SAP modules and products
14. Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of Business Processes
15. Experience in development/configuration/solution evaluation/validation and deployment
16. Good analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications
17. Ability to listen, hear, and translate complex business requirements in simple easy to understand language
18. Capable of managing multiple projects and competing requirements with good time management skills

21. Knowledge in: SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP IBP, SAP GBT, Onesource, Seeburger, JD-Net.
