Kitchen Manager - Brampton Hut
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Reporting to the General Manager, our Kitchen Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
It takes a great team to deliver a best-in-class restaurant experience, so you’ll:
1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new Kitchen team members.
2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Manage stock control and food margins.
4. Oversee NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to maintain high standards.
5. Ensure delivery to specifications and brand standards.
6. Drive high performance through development and regular one-to-ones.
7. Pay attention to detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
