Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, luxury residential and dementia care home in Cobham, Surrey. The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care
* Maintain excellent compliance with regulatory and company standards
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
* Drive occupancy and ensure effective budget management
* Recruit, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated staff team
* Create a culture of openness, empowerment, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum 4 years\' experience in elderly care, including at least 3 years in a management role
* Proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing occupancy and budgets
* A compassionate approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care
Working Pattern & Benefits
Salary £70,000 - £75,000 plus benefits package
