Are you a highly organised, people-focused individual with a flair for customer service and administration? We're looking for a proactive Administrator to become a vital part of a dynamic team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a respected and growing company.
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in making sure they receive outstanding service—whether that’s over the phone, by email, or in person in a welcoming showroom.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and email
* Greeting customers in the showroom and making them feel welcome
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Setting up and managing new customer accounts using a bespoke system
* Packaging items ready for courier collection
* Keeping the showroom tidy, clean, and presentable
* Assisting with general office tasks such as filing and preparing refreshments
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
* Confidence using IT systems and managing digital records
* A high level of attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm every other Saturday, 9:00am–12:00pm (seasonal April to October) £14.50 per hour. Own transport is required due to location.
