Band 2 Clinical Support Workers – Various hours available.
About the role
We are currently looking for Clinical Support Workers to join our established team within the paediatric High Dependency Unit at the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. HDU is a 4‑bedded unit providing critical care to children aged 0‑16.
Previous experience as a Clinical Support Worker would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. You would be joining a team of other Clinical Support Workers and orientation to the unit will be available. This is not a position for development to Band 3 Support Worker and does involve stocking and cleaning of the department alongside supporting trained staff and patients.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to trained staff and patients in the High Dependency Unit.
* Stock and clean the department as required.
* Participate in orientation and team meetings.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Clinical Support Worker (beneficial but not essential).
* Willingness to undergo training provided by the organization.
