We are looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Exec for a London-based hospitality business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone organised, curious, and passionate about hospitality to help shape seamless, engaging digital experiences for guests—before they even walk through the door. Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager, the successful candidate will: Support the delivery of CRM and loyalty campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications, using tools like Braze or Klaviyo. They’ll help implement personalised guest journeys, maintain data quality, and contribute to performance reporting. The role also involves managing website updates via CMS, coordinating with content and creative teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, including delivery services. Ideal candidates will have around two years' experience in CRM or digital marketing, with hands-on familiarity with email tools and CMS platforms. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential. A passion for and background inhospitality and an interest in how technology can enhance the guest experience are also key.
