Why You’ll Love It
This is a brilliant opportunity if you like the idea of building something properly, rather than stepping into a conveyor belt diary. You’ll be working alongside a clinic owner who is already busy (and slightly overloaded!) with strong local demand, meaning there’s a genuine need for another clinician to come in and grow their own caseload with full support behind them. There’s real scope here to shape your week, take on evenings or weekends if that suits you, and become a key part of how the clinic expands.
All About You
* HCPC registered Physiotherapist
* Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate MSK experience
* Confident managing a varied and sometimes complex caseload
* Strong communication skills with the ability to justify higher treatment fees
* Proactive, engaged, and interested in contributing to clinic growth
* Looking for a long-term associate position (not a short-term or locum role)
What will you be doing?
* Delivering high-quality MSK physiotherapy to a broad client base, including post-natal clients, athletes, older adults, children and active individuals
* Conducting thorough assessments with a strong emphasis on communication and detailed history-taking
* Using a holistic approach that considers previous injuries, life events, and contributing factors
* Building your own caseload from a strong existing patient demand within the clinic
* Working primarily with self-paying patients (circa 90%), allowing for greater clinical autonomy and continuity of care
* Building long-term patient relationships and supporting excellent clinical outcomes
* Contributing to the wider clinic profile through engagement with newsletters, content, or social media (with support)
Working Hours and Environment
* Minimum commitment of 10-12 hours per week
* Most in-demand days are Tuesday and Thursday (desirable)
* Evening work is highly desirable as the clinic looks to expand availability
* Weekend work available and welcomed if preferredOpportunity to increase hours as your caseload builds
* Clinic based on a farm complex with on-site parking
* Car strongly recommended due to location (public transport access is limited)
Reaching your potential
This is a clinic with a clear vision for growth and quality. The owner has built strong relationships locally to drive referrals and visibility, and demand is already there — the next step is expanding capacity with the right clinician. You’ll be supported to grow your caseload in a sustainable way, with the backing of an experienced clinician who understands both the clinical and business side of private practice. There is genuine opportunity here to develop long-term, with CPD support available for those committed to being part of the clinic’s journey.
