HR Advisor (CIPD Qualified) for HR Consultancy
Are you a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor looking for a part-time role in a HR consultancy environment? Pioneer HR is growing and we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support our retained HR clients. This role suits someone who enjoys advising multiple organisations, handling varied employee relations queries and delivering practical, commercially grounded HR advice.
The role
You will support our HR retainer services, working closely with senior consultants to deliver timely, compliant and pragmatic HR guidance to clients across a range of sectors.
What you will be doing
* Providing day-to-day HR advice to retained clients
* Supporting employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
* Advising on employment law, policies and best practice
* Reviewing and drafting HR documentation
* Escalating complex cases to senior consultants where appropriate
What we are looking for
* CIPD Level 5 or above
* Proven experience in an HR advisory or consultancy role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident advising managers and business owners
* Pragmatic, professional and commercially aware
