Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of the State Room Lounge, including daily operations, service, staff guidance, and cost control.
2. Ensure a consistent luxury and personalized guest experience through welcoming and caring for guests in the lounge.
3. Lead, inspire, and motivate the bar team via induction, training, management, empowerment, and development.
4. Identify opportunities to enhance quality standards related to beverages, setup, presentation, and atmosphere.
5. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for the team.
6. Handle guest recovery situations promptly and effectively.
7. Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance for the department.
8. Manage cash handling and cash-up procedures, resolving any account queries promptly.
9. Handle complaints and accidents carefully, ensuring first aid training is current.
10. Support training and implementation of HACCP, COSHH, and fire procedures.
11. Act as F&B duty manager during shifts.
Your Knowledge & Capabilities:

* Proficient in completing administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
Proven Experience/Qualifications:
* At least 2+ years of management experience within a quality bar, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
* Strong spirit and mixology knowledge.
* Experience in high-volume settings, managing reservations, and maximizing revenue without compromising service standards.
* Share of gratuities on a pro-rata basis.
