Reporting into our Regional Director, as Head of Fibre Build you will be part of our Falcon team, who are responsible for all Openreachproject works across the East Midlands region. As theHead of Fibre Build,your duties & responsibilities will be: Lead and manage a large and diverse multi skilled team across the East Midlands. Manage and deliver our deliverables against the Falcon/ FTTP build contracts. Manage our client relationship. Lead the correct safety & quality behaviours. Manage/ drive supply chain & DL management. Skills & Knowledge Requirements : A passion for delivery, capable of working on several key projects simultaneously. A proven track record of hitting targets. Capable of nurturing and leading a Zero Harm culture within the region, focusing on quality, safety and assurance. The ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and suppliers. Building an infrastructure on the Openreach Network from head end to premise.
