If you have a passion for coffee and people, we want to hear from you! The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin’s is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
As the main point of contact for your team, you’ll drive operational success and maintain high standards across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll ensure that daily operational plans are executed flawlessly, adapting to the fluctuating demands of our guests.
Your primary focus will be on accommodation during our busy intake days on Monday and Friday, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your leadership will ensure our guests receive the exceptional service they deserve!
Your Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Be hands-on, guiding your team to effectively meet key tasks and objectives.

Coaching: Mentor your team to achieve departmental targets, including retail upselling.
*
Audit Responsibility: Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.
*
Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences in line with brand guidelines.
*
Feedback Management: Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service.
*
Communication Champion: Ensure clear communication between management and your team.
*
People Support: Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks.
Key Focus Areas Outside of Accommodation
In addition to your accommodation duties, you’ll play a vital role in our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Food Safety: Lead by example in maintaining hygiene standards and compliance.

Welcoming Experience: Ensure every guest feels valued and supported.

Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance service flow and guest interaction.
*
Upselling: Encourage the team to recommend starters, desserts, and add-ons.
*
Sales Growth: Drive beverage sales by engaging guests early in their dining experience.
*
Checkbacks: Ensure timely follow-ups with guests to confirm satisfaction.
*
Celebrate Success: Recognize and share team achievements to foster a positive culture.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Completion of audits in accommodation and other departments.
* Team training compliance across all areas.
* Health, Safety & Compliance Audit results.
* Guest NPS & Feedback scores.
* Improved Employee NPS (ENPS).
* Retail spend and upselling effectiveness.
* Right People, Right Place, Right Time in all key areas.
