About the Role
We are recruiting for the following levels of Supported Accommodation Practitioners, working with young people aged 16–18 and young adults across the Doncaster area:
Support Mentor
No formal experience is required — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
You will be supported to work towards a relevant qualification and will focus on:
* Daily contact with young people to support routines and wellbeing
* Encouraging independence through life skills (cooking, budgeting, appointments, etc.)
* Building trusting relationships and emotional safety
* Supporting transitions and goal setting
You will be expected to begin a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or similar).
Salary: £25,000
Plus mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile.
(All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check.)
Shift Pattern:
Full-time permanent, with structured shifts. Rota patterns are planned to ensure you get the work-life balance you deserve.

Please Note:
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a good level of physical fitness to safely participate in physical interventions where necessary, in line with our Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) framework. This may include supporting young people during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application. We are unable to support Skilled Worker or other visa applications for this position.
