This is a permanent role to support and develop NWC’s People function, helping to make our organisation an even better place to work. For the first six months, you’ll report directly to the CEO. This will give you the opportunity to settle into NWC, understand our culture, priorities, and ways of working, and get a full picture of how the organisation operates. After this initial period and as the new Head of Operations remit takes shape, you’ll continue to then work closely with senior leadership, reviewing existing practices and helping to develop and embed new approaches that support both staff and organisational goals.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about supporting people to thrive in a feminist, values-driven organisation.
