About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage and motivate the TPS team to deliver and achieve business plans, maintain excellent customer service, develop strategic plans and run a successful TPS centre.
Responsibilities
* Ensure centre targets and business objectives are achieved
* Translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and set achievable goals
* Motivate, recognise and incentivise the team
* Create and monitor Personal Development Plans
* Plan manpower and succession strategies
* Maintain a customer‑centric culture
* Maintain high customer satisfaction
* Implement sales plans and monitor business performance, taking action where needed
* Analyse market data to identify sales opportunities
* Control costs, budgets and gross margin levels
* Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal & ethical guidelines (including Warranty)
* Maintain relationship with stakeholders and ensure security of stock and premises
Requirements
* Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team to achieve targets in a B2B environment
* Passion for delivering great customer service in the automotive industry
* Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills
* Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans
* Sales‑focused and results oriented
* High IT literacy and proficient with MS Office
* Management experience
