Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Site Manager to join their expanding team. The Role As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager and Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of all on-site activities. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Site Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing site operations. * Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. * Monitor and maintain quality control throughout all stages of construction. * Assist with managing materials, logistics, and site documentation. * Promote and uphold the company’s high standards of health, safety, and workmanship. * Contribute to progress meetings, reporting, and snagging processes. * Ensure a professional and proactive relationship with clients, consultants, and the wider site team. About You The ideal candidate will have experience working within the luxury residential or traditional build sector, with a strong understanding of site processes and a genuine passion for quality construction. You’ll be hands-on, organised, and eager to develop your skills within a reputable and growing business. Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Site Manager, or a strong background as a Finishing Foreman / Trainee Site Manager within high-end or traditional build projects. * Excellent eye for detail and commitment to achieving outstanding finishes. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across the South of England.
