As an Apprentice Apprenticeship Coordinator at Travis Perkins, you’ll be part of our Central Apprenticeship Team, supporting the administration and coordination of apprenticeship training and funding activities. You’ll play a key role in helping our learners stay on track, while completing your Level 3 Administration Apprenticeship with full support from your team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enrol new learners onto apprenticeship programmes, ensuring timely and accurate registration.
2. Support Apprenticeship Managers, Coaches, and Apprentices with all administrative needs.
3. Maintain accurate learner records in line with ESFA funding rules and audit standards.
4. Process learner completions and withdrawals, coordinating with teams to meet monthly deadlines.
5. Book Functional Skills testing and End Point Assessments.
6. Help make initial funding decisions, escalating to the Funding Manager when needed.
7. Work with awarding organisations and external partners to ensure timely certification.
8. Maintain data for funding uploads and monthly audits.
9. Prepare reports, support team meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement
This is a structured learning role where you’ll gain valuable experience across multiple functions, contributing to the success of our national apprenticeship programmes.
You’ll also have:
10. Preferred GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
11. A willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
12. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to deadlines
13. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
14. The flexibility to travel to team meetings when required
15. You must not already hold a Business Administration qualification
A full, clean driving licence is preferred but not essential.
