They are currently seeking a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the Havant area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance within domestic social housing properties. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR) * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems * Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care * Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: * A minimum of 2 years’ experience with gas qualifications * Extensive experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances, as well as strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair skills * In-date ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1 * Full UK driving licence * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out upon offer of employment) Salary & Benefits: * 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) * Additional earning potential with overtime, call out and weekend work available at enhanced rates * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided * Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year Depending on experience * OTE £...
