Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused, safe learning environment.
• Support students in their understanding of the lesson and encourage participation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to uphold the school’s values.
Ideal Candidate
• Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with young people.
• Experience in an educational setting or working with children (preferred).
• Graduate or aspiring teacher looking to gain hands-on experience in schools.
