* End-to-end systems that scale across many customers with minimal custom code
What They’re Looking For
* A backend-leaning full-stack engineer with strong fundamentals
* Deep experience building production systems in Python
* Comfortable with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
* Able to work autonomously and switch into collaborative mode when needed
* Pragmatic, thoughtful engineering style - especially around the use of AI coding tools (quality, verification, avoiding hidden tech debt)
Why This Is a Rare Opportunity
* Join at a pivotal moment before Series A and help shape the engineering culture
* Work at the intersection of AI, climate impact and large-scale infrastructure
* Remote-first across the UK/EU + monthly visit to London HQ
