What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead delivery of the DSEAR compliance programme, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence
* Manage internal teams and framework contractors across multi‑site projects
* Oversee operational and capital investment delivery within budget
* Provide DSEAR subject matter expertise across wastewater, water treatment, and bioresources
* Drive supplier performance, contract management, and continuous improvement
* Manage risk, compliance reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement at all levels
Requirements
* Background in engineering, construction, environmental or project management
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* APM (or similar), professional membership, NEC/contract management experience
