Description
* Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making processes.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, reports and forecasts.
* Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans.
* Support senior management with data‑driven insights and financial modelling.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be qualified by experience.
* Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
* Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
