Youll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly: Coordinating hauler bookings and updating schedules Preparing picking tickets and despatch notes for each shift Managing inbound and outbound deliveries Handling customer and hauler queries with professionalism Overseeing customer VAS requirements and label printing Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience essential Working with customer portals to manage bookings and order tracking Using Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data entry Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS is a distinct advantage What Our Team Says XPO has given me the chance to grow my career in ways I never imagined. Amina, Team Leader What you need to succeed at XPO: Proven administrative experience Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in a warehouse admin or supervisory role Solid understanding of WMS systems Blue Yonder experience is a plus Confident using customer portals and Excel in a fast-paced environment.
