Oversee and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements Manage a Shared Service Centre team to optimise reporting efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and processes Maintain strong control over financial data and reporting timelines Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required Requirements: Experience as a Financial Controller within a Shared Service Centre environment Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards Relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred This role offers 25 days holiday plus 9 statutory holidays, a 3% employer pension contribution, and a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 3-month probation period.
