We are recruiting Support Workers who can encourage and enable adults with a learning disability providing practical and compassionate support in all areas of daily living.
Experience in care is not necessary, you just need to have the right values and a passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence.
Our supported living service in Hailsham is for four adults with learning disabilities. Your role may include supporting people out in the community, working alongside people to maintain and learn new skills, supporting with activities and providing personal care. A full training program is available to support you in your role - including medication, health and safety, Safeguarding and manual handling training. The opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate is also available.

Vocational Training through Apprenticeships is now available to our staff, ranging from entry level to degree level qualifications.
