The Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be part of our dynamic sales and marketing client services team, learning every aspect of how we represent brands and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an entry-level position, designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, develop, and progress into management roles.
You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of brand representation, client communication, and campaign management, before advancing into areas of leadership, strategy, and business development.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
* Support campaign delivery, coordination, and performance tracking
* Learn and apply key business skills including marketing strategy, sales techniques, and leadership principles
* Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes
* Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentoring sessions
* Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you progress
* Develop leadership skills through guiding, motivating, and supporting a small team
* Take part in management workshops, leadership coaching, and business development training
* Collaborate with senior leaders to understand operations, recruitment, and strategic planning
