Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel marketing activity. This role focuses on driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, and paid media
2. Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and content creation through to optimisation and reporting
3. Support lead generation initiatives, including customer referral or engagement programmes
4. Create engaging, high-quality marketing copy for various platforms
5. Support internal teams with marketing materials and campaign activity
6. Coordinate events, webinars, or promotional initiatives where required
7. Monitor performance and produce clear reports with actionable insights
8. Maintain accurate data within CRM systems
9. Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent and effective content
10. Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
11. 2-4 years' experience in a digital marketing role
12. Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and lead generation activity
13. Strong copywriting and communication skills
14. Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
15. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
16. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
17. Experience with CRM or marketing platforms is beneficial
Qualifications
18. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (preferred)
19. Equivalent practical experience will be considered
