Role Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Management: Identifying capability needs, setting priorities, and managing expectations; providing upskilling solutions
* Programme Management: Managing upskilling initiatives from design to results; utilizing modern learning methods for impact
* Coaching and Facilitation: Conducting 1-to-1 and group coaching sessions; supporting the L&D team as needed
* Partner Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key partners
* Strategic Projects: Representing L&D in strategic initiatives; driving objectives and solutions for successful outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Proven L&D experience in designing and delivering impactful learning, preferably in a sales environment
* Strong collaboration skills to align L&D initiatives with business goals
* Ability to measure learning impact using analytics and drive improvements
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering training both in-person and virtually
* Effective project management skills, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
* Willingness to travel across the UK for stakeholder engagement and facilitation
