Deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, data models and reporting assets that provide clear, actionable insights aligned with business needs. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and interactive analytics. Build robust data models (star schemas, semantic layers, DAX measures) to ensure high performance and reusability. Translate business questions into metric definitions, KPIs and validated datasets. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data availability, quality and performance. Conduct data validation, reconcile dashboards against source systems, and document assumptions. Optimise report performance (aggregations, query folding, incremental refresh). Support self-serve BI enablement through documentation, training and data-literacy support. Ensure BI assets follow visual design best practices and accessibility standards. A little bit about you Required Skills & Experience 4–7 years in BI/Analytics with strong Power BI experience. Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling and designing semantic layers. Strong SQL; good understanding of ETL/ELT and data pipelines. Comfortable engaging with business teams to clarify requirements and deliver insights. Experience in high-volume or multi-system data environments.
