Your Duties as In-House Maintenance Engineer will include: Diagnose and repair faults on high speed, automated machinery Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of specialist equipment Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, hygiene and quality protocols Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and share learnings across the team Work collaboratively to ensure equipment operates within standard operating procedures Identify and implement maintenance improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability Oversee and manage on site contractors, ensuring full compliance with safety and documentation standards Maintain clear shift handovers and complete all relevant maintenance records accurately Experience required: Proven experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing or FMCG Strong fault finding skills on automated production equipment Safety conscious with strong problem solving and attention to detail Capable of mechanical servicing and repairs (e.g., welding, turning) Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player In return, you'll join a supportive and professional team in a varied and rewarding role.
