Cover Supervisors Needed – Secondary Schools in Bristol
Think of yourself as the captain holding the ship steady when the teacher’s away. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms, keep lessons on track, and give students the guidance they need to keep learning. No planning, no marking – just leading the class, keeping order, and making sure everyone gets the most out of their day.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising lessons when teachers are absent
2. Delivering pre-prepared work and making sure students stay on task
3. Managing behaviour and keeping the classroom calm, focused, and productive
4. Being a positive role model and approachable point of support for pupils
What we’re looking for:
5. Confident communicators with a strong presence in the classroom
6. Experience working with young people (schools, youth groups, coaching, etc.)
7. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet
8. A flexible approach to working across different schools in Bristol

Pay: £100–£120 per day
