We're on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Reading, delivering delicious, beautifully presented food in a fast-paced but friendly environment. This is a Monday to Friday role, ideal for chefs who love the buzz of the kitchen but value balance and career growth.
What You'll Be Stirring Up
* Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
* Support the team in preparing fresh, seasonal menus and bespoke hospitality.
* Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and presentation.
* Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness.
* Work collaboratively with the brigade to keep service smooth and efficient.
* Keep your section organised, clean, and fully stocked.
We're Looking For
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fresh food kitchen.
* Passion for great ingredients and attention to detail on the plate.
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
* Understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, allergens, and kitchen hygiene.
* Team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
