Duties
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
* Engage in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Support catering operations by preparing dishes for events and special occasions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on cooking and meal preparation.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
* Experience in catering or restaurant settings will be advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
