One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Business Support Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week.
Overview:
* The post will be making calls to residents referred to the Choose You Service to introduce and explain the service and book residents onto programmes. Empathetic and understanding of what the service is and offers.
* Must be organised, a good communicator, proficient with Microsoft products and have attention to detail.
* Need to be trained in using the Choose You caseload management system “Theseus” and understanding/communicating the service offer.
* Need to be able to spend 30 hours a week making calls. This will include some evening and weekend work to cover residents who are not available to receive calls during the working day.
* Must be able to travel to Chicksands to receive training and collaborate with colleagues.
