As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bicester. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of office and home-based working, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in recruitment within a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive environment.
About the Role:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in recruitment. Working closely with senior members of our team, you’ll support live searches across a range of technical and commercial roles. You'll play a key part in identifying talent, building relationships, and helping deliver a great experience to both candidates and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for roles in the broadcast and media technology space
* Supporting client searches from entry-level to executive hires
* Attending regular client update meetings and understanding hiring priorities
* Maintaining accurate candidate and job data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Learning and applying recruitment best practices with a focus on candidate experience
* Researching industry trends and market insights to support client work
* Supporting marketing and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
* Participating in internal projects and training sessions to accelerate your learning
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great service
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Interest in media, technology or recruitment is a bonus
* Confident using Microsoft Office and online communication tools
* Ability to work independently with support from a remote-first team
