Your team:
Reporting to the Publisher, the Editorial Assistant is a key role in the creative team. We are a small team and you will assist editors and designers in the department.
Your role
Key tasks of the role include:
* Coming up with new book ideas
* Assisting the editors and designer in the team
* Helping to edit our books
* Communicating with our sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have the following (essential skills/knowledge/experience):
* Creative with the ability to take initiative
* Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud (in particular InDesign)
* A demonstrable interest in preschool publishing
* Exceptional attention to detail

* The ability to think outside the box

This is a full time, permanent role, and will be based in our offices in Farringdon, London, with some flexibility to work from home each week.
