Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities
* Manage sales activities within an assigned geographic territory, covering products, services, parts, solutions, and project offerings.
* Work with technically complex products and systems, applying technical knowledge and delivering limited customization within established guidelines.
* Contribute to pricing frameworks and commercial conditions, with flexibility to negotiate and tailor terms for specific clients.
* Engage and manage a diverse regional customer base, ensuring strong relationships and consistent sales performance.
* Collaborate closely with technical sales support teams to drive successful sales outcomes.
* Lead a department handling high‑value or large‑scale orders, ensuring operational and commercial excellence.
* Focus on developing and expanding business within a medium‑sized territory, driving growth and market penetration.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of sales experience .
* Minimum of 3 additional years of professional sales experience .
