1. Knowledge of the asset classes and products that our clients typically invest in (Equities, FI, Derivatives, PE, Real Estate, etc…)
2. Familiarity with other key systems and infrastructure used by AWM businesses across their front to back investment processes
3. Commercial management - experience of forecasting and managing a P&L
4. Thought leadership - visionary in chosen domain, which is evidenced through followship, publicly available presentations and seminars.
Experience and Attributes
5. Significant experience gained within this space from a recognised consulting firm similar to PWC
6. Deep understanding of the AWM sector, key trends and its transformation agenda.
7. Demonstrated ability to build trusted executive relationships and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
8. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and delivery excellence.
