The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll own your local strategy, marketing tactics and earnings. You’ll prospect, canvass, value and negotiate properties for homeowners in your area. Nest’s marketing team will support you with local advertising at every step. Your commission starts at 75% of revenue and rises up to 100%.
Responsibilities
 * Prospect, canvass and generate leads in your local market.
 * Valuate, negotiate and close sales for residential properties.
 * Maintain a full customer‑centric client journey from start to finish.
 * Manage your own local marketing budget and advertising activities.
 * Grow a local valuation machine that delivers a steady pipeline of new clients.
Requirements
 * 5–10 years of top‑industry experience valuing residential property, winning business and delighting customers.
 * A clear strategy for managing a marketing budget, generating leads and building a local valuation machine.
 * A truest entrepreneurial spirit and unrivalled work ethic. Self‑employment is for the highly proactive.
 * Unrivalled local knowledge; you live in the area for years and know schools, amenities and hotspots.
 * Alignment with Nested brand values and a customer‑centric approach; you live and breathe Nested values.
 * Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential.
