To achieve its ambitious business strategy, this organisation needs high-quality business systems that align and respond to business needs. That journey is well underway, and this brand new role is a key part of it. To deliver high-quality business systems, the organisation will need consistently high-quality system deliveries… that’s where you come in.
As Environment and Release Manager, you will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring high-quality project deliveries, working on transformation programmes. The role will expand to oversee releases across all business systems (ERP/CRM/HCM), managing the end-to-end release cycle, and collaborating with all parties to ensure successful implementations. It's about planning, coordinating, negotiating, juggling, and navigating your way through to successful outcomes.
We're looking for a track record of managing environments and releases, grounded in proven implementation experience as an Application Environment Engineer or in a similar role,
preferably within CRM transformation programmes (specifically MS D365 CRM). You'll be using release management and project management tools, so proficiency in these will be needed, as will exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
It's a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you'll need to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
NB... we really need some experience with SaaS (D365, NetSuite, ServiceNow) solutions and related technology.
