Previous experience working in Learning and Development within a fast paced QSR, Food Retail or Hospitality Environment is desirable. Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise with minimal intervention. Previous experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, building effective value-adding relationships quickly and effectively, particularly across multiple disciplines. Competence in use of IT tools including MS Office and Webinar software platforms is desirable.
