Probusiness Accountants, a friendly, dynamic, and fast-growing team in Wells, is seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
We're passionate about leveraging cutting-edge cloud accounting technology to serve a diverse portfolio, from ambitious startups to established enterprises. You will play a crucial role in our Wells office, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and essential business advisory services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive accountant to join our journey and immediately impact our ever-increasing client base.
As a Financial Reporting Manager you will:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
* Build strong client relationships
* Review and finalise financial statements and tax returns for companies and individuals
* Advise and guide our clients on all aspects of accounting ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Advise clients regarding tax - PAYE, VAT, CT & SA returns
* Liaise confidently with a range of existing and potential clients and offer exceptional customer service
You will need:
* ACA or ACCA qualification and demonstrable experience in public practice
* Confidence in working with a range of cloud accounting software and apps including Xero and Quickbooks
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A flair for leading and developing others
* The ability to solve problems independently
* A team player with a positive attitude
