About the Role Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Support pupils' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans.
