The Role: As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. Duties will include: Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas Encouraging positive play and social interaction Supporting pupils with their lunchtime routines Managing behaviour in line with school policies Ensuring the health and safety of all pupils at all times The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children (school-based or similar) Be approachable, patient, and enthusiastic Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Be reliable and punctual What the School Offers: A friendly and inclusive working environment Supportive leadership and staff team Well-behaved and engaged pupils Opportunity for ongoing work and development Working Hours: Typically between 11:30am - 1:30pm (may vary slightly depending on school needs) Additional Opportunities: There may be additional hours available for candidates with Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) experience, offering the potential to extend your working day within the school.
