We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hawkstone. Hawkstone is a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities, and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
