We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join our busy People Services team. You will be working with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, providing sound professional HR advice in relation to people matters, change projects, terms and conditions, and policies. You will also get involved in training, facilitation and other project work.
You will hold minimum CIPD Associate membership, or have equivalent qualifications / experience, and be passionate about HR. Your previous HR experience, understanding of employment legislation and people and change management together with your ability to understand policies while keeping a person‑centred approach, will allow you to confidently provide guidance and support to managers and contribute to our ongoing improvement work. Having previously worked in a HR department of a complex and unionised organisation, you will be used to partnership working and have strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt your approach to different situations. You can effectively manage your time and competing priorities.
The role will be supporting the NHS Highland area, which includes Argyll and Bute. The postholder could be based in Inverness or the Argyll and Bute area, with a need to attend Inverness on a regular basis. This role is permanent part‑time, 33 hours per week.
