Job Description
3. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports
4. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
5. Assisting in budget preparation and management
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
7. Conducting analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management
8. Participating in regular financial audits
9. Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to drive financial performance
10. Offering insightful information and expectations to support business decisions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
12. Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
13. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
14. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
16. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
17. Ability to work effectively within a team environment
