About the Role:
* Lead and coordinate provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
* Support teaching staff to implement effective strategies and differentiated learning
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing guidance and feedback
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure tailored support
* Develop and maintain SEN policies, practices, and resources
* Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and high expectations across the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified teacher with experience in SEND or as a SENCO
* Have excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
